I bring thirty years of consulting experience across academia and industry, with deep expertise in artificial intelligence, data science, and their applications in biomedical research and other quantitative domains. My industry background includes instrumentation engineering in the oil sector and systems architecture for enterprise-level information systems serving government and private clients. I have worked with multinational organizations in Canada, Colombia, the Netherlands, Spain, and the United States, and have served as an expert witness in legal proceedings.

My research has received support from the National Science Foundation (NSF), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Remote consulting: $425/hour — 50-hour minimum.

On-site consulting: Travel costs are covered by me; you are billed for professional time only. Travel days are billed at the applicable on-site rate for 12 hours.
